Refund policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind. If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or does not arrive, please contact us within 7 days and we will review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

All orders are shipped with tracking whenever available.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

• Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer

• Packages that are confirmed as delivered by the carrier but are subsequently lost or stolen after delivery

• Delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control
