If an order is returned to us or our fulfillment partner because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping costs may apply before the order can be resent.

If your order does not arrive within the applicable expected delivery period, please contact us so that we can investigate the shipment and determine an appropriate resolution under our Refund Policy and applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable law regarding undelivered or lost merchandise.
